Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
We receive new inventory twice weekly through a variety of online auction sites and from our vendors.
Items from our vendors are new and unused merchandise. Merchandise that is received from online auction sites may be a brand new item that was not sold in retail stores, or maybe an unused returned item, or an unused and unopened lost mail packages. Some customers returned items maybe used. Our storage auction items sometimes are brand new and unused items, or maybe lightly used or like new items. Items sealed in their original packaging are NOT opened and sold as is in its original packaging. We re-sale items from auction and is sold to us as-is. We do not, will not, and can not guarantee items state of condition, nor do we know the items working condition. We do test most items that are easily accessible that can be access with out damaging the packages as we do not want to ruin our customers experience of opening their items. Some items that are not packed at the time of auctions are repackaged here at Ikanding to secure item during the shipment process.
All merchandise from an auction is NON-REFUNDABLE and is sold AS-IS as we receive it as-is. All other merchandise can be returned, within 30 days from delivery, if unused, unworn, and with tags still attached.
Delivery will take 7 to 10 business days depending on the shipping method that is selected at check out and the location it is being shipped to. Orders may arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Paypal Credit, and Venmo payments on our website. For Cash App payments you must order by phone. We DO NOT accept Zelle, Apple Pay, or Google Pay payments.
